Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Giclée Print and why do I use this quality?

All of my Giclée prints are high resolution, exhibition quality standard. The archival inks are more stable in sunlight and paper is acid free to resist perish, staining or bleaching. These prints are made to endure and are closer to the original works as they are printed with a surface layer, and not dyed into the surface of the paper. The brightness and accuracy of colour is far superior in a giclée print due to the palette achieved through 12 colour cartridges, as opposed to the standard 4 carried in most printers.

When will my order ship?

We will ship the products to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 5 working days after the day on which we receive the full payment.  Please note that giclée prints are printed to order and can take up to 3 weeks to ship.  Please allow a further 5 days for items to be delivered.

What are the delivery costs?

For smaller items being delivered in the UK, the shipping costs are discussed at point of payment. For larger items I will contact you with a quote for delivery costs, before you have confirmed your order. If those shipping costs are unacceptable then I would be happy to cancel the pending order. Should the delivery costs not be accepted within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Can I collect my items?

Yes. Collection point; 6 Highfield Road, Worthing, West Sussex BN13 1PX

Can items be shipped internationally?

Unfortunately not at this time.

How will I know when my item is shipped?

You will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped. If you have any concerns regarding shipping, feel free to contact me.

Can items be returned?

Items can be returned if they are faulty or misdescribed. I will refund the cost of the item and the shipping costs as long as the items are returned within 30 days, are unused and are in the original packaging (unless that packaging is damaged in which case the items should be packed in a manner that will ensure they are safely shipped back to me). Prior to returning any items, please do contact me so that we can discuss any issues and hopefully find a solution.

If the items are not faulty or misdescribed but you decide that you no longer want them, then I accept returns as long as you email me within 14 days of receiving the items and then return the items in their original packaging within 14 days following the date of your email. Following receipt of the item I will refund the price for the item (but not shipping costs). I can only provide a refund if the items are unused and undamaged upon their return. Please note that I do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. I will attempt to refund with the matching payment method. Nothing affects your statutory rights.

For further information please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
